they couldn't resist...everyone knows polliwogs taste like chicken.
My brain shuts down in the face of replies like YD Granny's. Not that it's a contest, mind you, but ... if it were, she'd win.
That's very sad. I bought a new set (about a dozen) tiny schooling fish for my aquarium last year and by the next morning every last one of them had been eaten.
Mom- This was Mom-O's project.
I just love the whole idea!

Secret Agent Woman- live and learn..if it makes you feel better,(Why do people say that,just before they tell you something that's not gonna make you feel better?..anyway..)my friend had just spent over $300.00 on new fish for his salt water aquarium,and no sooner had he introduced them in the tank than 'gulp,gulp,gulp!'..They were gone in about about 8 seconds.
i miss the good old days when the air was clean, water was free and there were tadpoles for the taking in countless places around the neighborhood.
