DREAMSCAPE

Last night I dreamed I was alone on a great wooden ship.It was what I call a "First person" dream, where I'm on the inside looking out, rather than observing myself from the outside. These are the most realistic.
I could feel the wind on my face, and smell the familiar salty air.
Suddenly, grey smoke began to waft up between the cracks of the Teak decking.
I jumped overboard, and found myself standing in about 3 feet of water, watching the ship burn.It was beautiful.

That sounds nice. Except for the burning and falling into the sea and being eaten by sharks part. But I'm getting ahead of the story.

lorraine-I like your story better!

grish-
being on a boat means travel. We're planning a day trip to Mt.Lassen Volcanic park tommorow.
The whole fire thing is probably indicitave of the boiling mud pots, steaming fumeroles and such I hope to see!

Wow, you even did your own dream analysis.
Glad it was only 3 feet of water.

Must be my Mac here but am having trouble reading the black type over the black box area. Have been out of the blogosphere for some weeks now but quite fancy this knew layout of yours- hmm. I love the Tall Ships and enjoy going down to Falmouth (deep water port) in Cornwall to watch them sail by. Hope you've been keeping well Sling.
Bests as always,

The tall ships are a magnificent sight!
I grew up just a few miles from the ocean and enjoyed them from time to time.
