Drunken Photoshop..
A friend of mine kicked me down a pirated version of Photoshop about,oh..27 years ago.Since then,I've upgraded to each new version as they came out. There was a time when people used the program to make counterfeit proofs of insurance, bogus birth certificates, and fake Green Cards(which aren't really green) for assorted and nefarious types, rakin' in some o' that "Easy money"..or so I'm told.
Personally,(and by that I mean, presently)I just like playing with pictures, and maybe coming up with something pleasing.
I took this photo from my driveway..
Painted it on stucco..
Threw a spotlight on it...
Wrapped it in plastic..
..and then got hammered.
There are COUNTLESS (..more than 12..) filters and plug-ins,and variations on them to play with....Good clean fun!...just add whiskey.

It's amazing what you can do with a tree in the privacy of your own home !
Wow...it's like FX pedals for guitar, except for pics!

that looks like too much fun!
Oh now. First Charlie and now you. It's madness I tell you!
Fun, isn't it? And a concept that just cries out for posting. I did one like it (although my freebie programs - Kodak and Picasa - have fewer cool effects than you produced) last fall. If I knew how to links in comments, I would, but it was here:

The next to last photo (the penultimate one ... I'm up to "p" in my vocabulary book) looks like last night's chili after I microwaved it for too long.
Eagerly awaiting drunk naked blogging in the future. Wrapped in plastic, naturally.
I love when you do drunken blogging, now drunken photoshop is just too cool.
Would you like an injection of PMS?
it looks like a great substitute for when mushrooms are out of season.
mia??..Why did you remove your comment?
Was it something I said?..or did?
I promise,I'll change if you give me one more chance.
I'll quit my carousing, and reckless ways!We can't let it end like this!
COME BAAACK!
Don't beg Sling. It's not a good color on you.
Yer right...I've moved on. ;)
Hmmm... what could you do with a truly good picture...?
Seriously, cool stuff. I'm one of those photographers who likes to try for the absolute best angle and shot, trying to make reality look good. But the tricks that can be done later (by people like you) are amazing! Photography and image manipulation are two different arts.
Good post.
I can get so carried away with Photoshop filters and plug-ins. It's so much fun I can't let myself get started or I don't get anything accomplished. Sort of like blogging.
