Willym- I'll probably do this from time to time, just to post some of the random snaps I take. My daughter sent me the pic of my grandson Jackson yesterday..I just LOVE it! :)
The comments section - always good for self therapizing, hm? Anyway, I just figured out what I like so VERY VERY much about your dump. When you give us a bunch, then I get to VOTE. I should probably get some help for that.
I thrilled MYSELF to pick the - obviously :) - very best, most evocative, great story picture. That's the super cool gate locked on the door. Although the alley - THAT's pretty great too. And - STOP, Booda, stop. You picked the gate.
Thinker- That was apretty good find. I've known of High street for a while, and then stumbled upon Downer street on a walkabout. I thought,'This is too good to be true!'..
Citizen- The streets run perpendicular to each other, but they don't intersect. ..I wonder if they did that on purpose? The photo is a real keeper..along with Jackson,of course.
Billy P.- This is what happens when you have a bi-partisan planning commision.
Rosie- The chair is what got me!..It's just out there in the middle of a couple acres...Perhaps where the old man goes to get away from the spouse. ;)
Yellerdawg- Yep!..That's my Jack. :) I'm not sure if he has time to read much, what with admiring his reflection in balloons and such.
Allan-..he gets that from his Grandpa.
Speck- Oh!..I'll take the beer! But I have an aversion to fish-shockin'-thingamabobbys ever since 'The incident'..
Sage- Thanks doll! :)
austexgrl- That's so sweet of you hon. I'll continue to hang. :)
Booda Babe- We have a winner!.. You know,..that gated door is just there in the facade, without any kind of sign or symbol to tell a body what it leads to. As if it were built for the sole purpose of denying me access! ..It pisses me off.
Lovely stuff...the cat one is great...its been interesting times with the two cats, I had better not fall too deeply asleep, I think they are planning something very dark...the grandson photo...I want a grandson or daughter anything...so its beautiful...and Miner's alley...is there a story there?

I love that the Downer St. sign is all rusty and beat up and High St. is bright and shiny.
I suppose every High Street must be floowed by a Downer Street. It's one of life's most predictable cycles.
Love that photo of your grandson - what a great shot.
downer street's obscuring high street. ain't than always the case.
Grandsons are the best. Love the truck bed with the chair next to it...red-neck deck of sorts?
