Now for something a little bit different!..

For this Friday's Jukebox Video,I thought it was about time I took a departure from my usual fare.

I tend to gravitate towards music of a somber nature.
Odes to tragedy and grief, opportunities lost, and unrequited love.
But not today...

I submit for your approval, the following little ditty.
Something bright and lively,..with an energetic rhythm, and delightful lyrics!

..feel free to tap your feet, and sing along.

Can I be in the 'kinda creepy' club? My kinda creepy is based on wondering what he was thinking, playing that for The Tonight Show audience - you know, the one not much different than Jay Leno's audience. I guess that's not so creepy as 'Golly, John Denver. Who chose your set list that night?'

Ok I thought it was funny but that audience just didn't seem to get it!

I LOVED this song!--thanks for sharing! :) I love John Denver's music, but I had never heard this one. Too funny! :)

It was also interesting to hear both of them talking about death and their "final arrangements"--especially because they are both now gone...

But definitely not forgotten! :)

Wow, very cool. I thought I knew all of John Denver's songs, but I'd never heard that.
